Privacy policy
Your discretion is at the heart of this site. This document explains, in full transparency, what data is — or rather, is not — processed. It should be reviewed by a legal professional before publication.
The principle: keep nothing
This site is purely static. It has no database, no account and no advertising tracker. The contact form sends nothing to a server: it simply opens your email software with a pre-filled message, which you send yourself. As long as you don't write, no information about you is collected.
Data controller
The controller for any data you choose to send me is Marc, an independent provider in Luxembourg, reachable through the channels listed on the "Contact me" page. (Identification details to be completed before publication.)
Cookies and local storage
No tracking cookie is set. A single technical item is saved in your browser's local storage ("localStorage") to remember that you have confirmed you are an adult, so the age gate is not shown again. It stays on your device, is never transmitted, and you can erase it at any time by clearing the site data.
When you contact me
If you write to me (Signal, email or via the pre-filled message), I have access to whatever you choose to tell me. I treat these exchanges in strict confidence, solely in order to reply to you, and I do not keep them any longer than necessary. I share them with no one.
Legal basis and purpose
The only processing that may take place — replying to your message — rests on your voluntary action and your consent. Its purpose is limited to the exchange you initiate.
Your rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port any information you may have sent me. A simple request, through the channel of your choice, is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD, Luxembourg — cnpd.public.lu).
Hosting and technical logs
The site host may, like any web server, keep technical logs (IP address, timestamp) for security and proper operation. (To be specified depending on the chosen host, ideally within the European Union.)
